QUESTIONS

the things people actually ask.

shipping and handling.

we do not do print on demand. none at all. if it's in stock, it's already made, inspected, and sitting in our inventory ready to go.

shipping times depend on where we are in the drop cycle. if you ordered right after a drop, please allow around 3–4 days for orders to ship. outside of that, most orders go out same day or next day.

all orders ship from el paso, texas.

you'll receive an email containing your tracking info as soon as your order ships. please check your spam folder if you don't see it — small company problems. /:

are any purchases final sale?.

if you're not happy, i want to know.

i care about your experience, and i'll always do what i can to make it right.

we have a return policy in place, and it's already pretty lenient. but beyond that, i'm always willing to work with you depending on the situation.

stuff happens. packages get lost, things go wrong. even if it's technically out of our hands, i've been there before, and i'm not going to leave you stuck.

reach out and tell me what's going on, and i'll take care of you.

how do the shirts fit?.

we print on los angeles apparel 1801gd blanks. these are heavyweight shirts. not thin, stretchy, cheap tees that cling to your body and lose shape after a few washes. the 1801gd is a 6.5 oz shirt made from 100% usa cotton, garment dyed, and made in los angeles.

the fit is true to size, not intentionally oversized. that said, because the shirt is heavy and structured, it still looks good if you size up. it does not collapse on your body the way lighter shirts do. if you want a clean everyday fit, order your normal size. if you want a looser streetwear fit, size up once.

they're garment dyed and pre-shrunk, so you should not get hit with that annoying first wash ruined the fit problem.

so the simplest answer:

normal size = clean true-to-size fit.
size up = looser, heavier streetwear fit.
do not size down unless you like a tighter fit.

either way, the shirt has weight, structure, and shape. you're gonna look sexy no matter what — that's why we use this blank.

where are your products manufactured?.

our products are made through a mix of american manufacturing, local production, and hands-on inspection by us.

our shirts start with los angeles apparel 1801gd blanks, made in the usa from 100% usa cotton. los angeles apparel controls the process in los angeles, including knitting, dyeing, cutting, and sewing in their own factory.

from there, our shirts are screen printed here in el paso, texas at proper printshop. proper has been doing this for 15 years and is known for screen printing, embroidery, stickers, fulfillment, and working with brands, teams, and businesses across the country.

proper is owned by alan, who built his career in screen printing from the ground up. that hands-on, detail-obsessed background is exactly why we trust them with our shirts and stickers.

our printed artwork is professionally printed on thick 100lb cover stock with a satin finish. the files are prepared, uploaded, proofed, and printed through a professional print production process so the final pieces hold detail, keep the blacks rich, and feel substantial in hand.

nothing is print on demand. if it's listed as in stock, it has already been made, checked, and is sitting in our inventory ready to ship from el paso, texas.

how should i wash my shirt?.

for drop 1 and drop 2, the shirts were printed using high-quality dtf transfers. at the time, we were still producing smaller quantities and couldn't justify burning 6+ screens per design yet. dtf let us make the drops happen without cutting the artwork down, but it does need more care than screen printing.

for drop 1 and drop 2 shirts, please:

wash cold.
turn inside out.
use mild detergent.
hang dry if possible.
avoid high heat.
do not iron directly over the print.

heat is the killer. treat it right and it'll hold up.

for drop 3 and onward, everything is screen printed. different game. the ink is pushed through screens and into the garment, not sitting on top like a transfer. it's way more durable, way more traditional, and the standard for real merch.

still wash cold and inside out if you want it looking good for years.

but honestly, drop 3 and onward?

fucking burn it. it'll probably be fine.

please don't actually burn it, but you get the point.

how do you make your designs?.

every drop starts with a theme. sometimes the theme is based on a world or genre, like dark fantasy or retro horror. other times it's based on the method itself, like drop 1, which was built around hand-drawn artwork.

the process is honestly kind of stupid. i pretty much disappear for a month, become nonverbal, and make around 30–40 designs in the style of the drop.

at the same time, i coordinate with artists i love and hire them to contribute as many pieces as they want. i pay their rate, full price, no negotiation. if i want their work, i pay what they charge.

by the end of that process, we usually have a bank of around 40–50 designs. from there, the designs are compiled into a form and sent to some of our most loyal supporters to vote on.

that part matters a lot to me. you guys literally help decide the art for each drop, and i fucking love that. it makes the brand feel alive instead of just me guessing in a room by myself.

it also gives me peace of mind before we mass produce anything. when you're spending real money to make a design at scale, guessing is terrifying. the vote shows us what people are actually connecting with, and there are always clear winners.

that's why most drops don't have random filler designs that sit forever. the demand is already there before we make them.

do you use ai?.

no.

nothing here is ai-generated. not the artwork, not the designs, not the direction.

everything is made by me, human artists i hire, or a combination of both. the whole point of wicked end is to build something real, with actual taste, effort, and human hands behind it.

ai has no place here. and it never will.

will sold out items restock?.

maybe, but usually no.

wicked end is built around fast-moving drops, not endless inventory. once a drop sells through, we usually move forward.

sometimes we may bring something back if enough people ask, or if it feels important to the brand, but most pieces are meant to live in the drop they came from.

that said, if something is marked as limited 1 of 100, limited 1 of 200, or anything similar, then no. absolutely not. under no circumstances will it be reproduced.

the person who bought that piece deserves to actually own something limited. that may be a huge part of why they bought it in the first place. it's collectible. it's special. we honor that.

we do not manufacture fake scarcity while secretly sitting on endless inventory.

just small runs, real inventory, and moving as fast as we can.

will you ever make hoodies or long sleeves?.

i would make everything if i had the money.

for now, we're focused on black tees and building wicked end the right way. that means being a really good business, treating people with respect, making good products, and earning the ability to expand instead of pretending we're bigger than we are.

right now, what you see is every penny from the previous drop being poured straight back into the next one. more blanks, better production, better packaging, better artwork, better everything.

we'll get to the point where we have the capital to make more categories the right way.

and for winter 2026, we will absolutely have long sleeves and hoodies at the very least. that is a promise i'm willing to make.

can artists submit work to wicked end?.

yes. i would love to work with you.

send me a dm on instagram, email me at contact@wickedend.co, or use the contact form.

i'm open to everything. if your work fits the world we're building, i'd love to talk.

and i'll pay you what you believe your work is worth.

can i suggest a theme or product?.

absolutely.

i'm the mastermind behind every creative direction we take, and honestly, that can be overwhelming. sometimes i'm sitting there like, is what i think is cool actually worth building an entire drop around? is anyone else going to care about this as much as i do?

frightening stuff, really.

so yes, send me your best ideas. themes, products, accessories, references, weird concepts, anything.

if it fits wicked end and feels like something we can actually build a world around, we genuinely might bring your vision to life as an entire themed drop.

do you sponsor creators or influencers?.

fuck yeah.

and not like most brands.

we're keeping it simple. reach out. if we like your vibe, we'll send you gear and an affiliate code.

post however you want. no weird script. no fake i've been loving this brand lately corporate influencer bullshit. no strings.

gym rat? great.
skateboarder? great.
biker? great.
dumbass? good for you.

can't justify spending $43 on a shirt? i get it. in this economy, completely understandable.

if you do well, we'll keep hooking you up and bring you deeper into the brand.

simple as that. dm to apply.
