Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Wicked End is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, Wicked End is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. If a package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will review the situation.
