Refund policy
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. This is standard industry practice.
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. Digital files are downloaded instantly, kept permanently, and cannot be revoked, recovered, or returned in any meaningful way. After delivery, the product remains usable indefinitely and may be copied, stored, or shared outside of our control.
Because of this, issuing refunds for digital products would result in an irreversible loss on our end while the customer retains full access to the product. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or store credit for digital products under any circumstances.
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading a digital product, contact us at contact@wickedend.co and we will ensure you receive what you purchased.
Physical Products (Clothing)
We accept returns on physical clothing items for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Once the return is approved and received, store credit will be issued for the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
We do not accept returns or issue store credit for:

Items showing signs of wear or washing

Damage caused by misuse

Items returned outside the return window
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Store Credit

Store credit has no cash value

Store credit does not expire
