Wicked End · For the curious

QUESTIONS

The things people actually ask.

Shipping and handling.

Nothing here is print on demand. If it's in stock, it's already printed, inspected, folded, and sitting in El Paso ready to go.

US shipping is $5.95 flat, free over $125. Most orders go out same day or next business day. Right after a drop, give us 3–4 days to get through the pile.

Tracking hits your inbox the moment the label prints. Check spam if you don't see it. Small company problems.

Do you ship internationally.

Yes. Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia, Japan, and a long list of others.

International rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination (UPS, DHL, or USPS). Any customs or import fees on your end are yours, not ours, and we have no way to prepay them.

If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us. We'll figure it out.

Where's my order.

Your tracking email is the source of truth. If it says "label created" and hasn't moved in a day or two, that's normal. The carrier scans it when it actually leaves town.

If it's been more than a week with no movement, or your order is past the ship window we promised, email me and I'll tell you exactly what's going on. Not a form reply. The actual answer.

If a package is lost or shows delivered and isn't there, same thing. Reach out. We'll replace it or refund it. I'm not going to leave you stuck over something the carrier did.

Can I change or cancel my order.

Email contact@wickedend.co as fast as you can with your order number and what you need changed.

We pack fast, so if the label is already printed we can't pull it back. But we can fix it on the other side with an exchange, and that's free.

Wrong address? Same deal. Tell us before it ships and we'll swap it.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges.

We're lenient. If a shirt isn't right, we'll make it right.

30 days from delivery. Free return shipping. Email us, we send you a prepaid label, and you pay nothing to send it back.

Once it's back, you pick: a full refund to your original payment, or store credit that never expires. Exchanges for a different size or design work the same way. Send it back on us and we ship the new one out.

Items should be unworn and unwashed. If something arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong, skip all of that and just email me. We replace it or refund it, your call.

How do the shirts fit.

Order your normal size. The fit is slightly oversized and boxy. Think 90s streetwear, not a grossly modern oversized fit, and definitely not a crop.

Size up if you want it extra loose. Do not size down unless you actually want a tighter shirt, because you'll lose the fit.

Every product page has the full measurement chart. Lay a shirt you already like flat, measure pit to pit and top to bottom, and match it. That's the most reliable way to get it right.

The long sleeves are the same blank with full sleeves. The Burnout hoodie runs the same boxy direction on a 15 oz blank.

What are the shirts made of, and where.

Our tees and long sleeves are Cotton Collective's 7.5 oz oversized box blank. 100% US-grown cotton, cut and sewn in the USA. Heavy, structured collar, clean stitching, pre-shrunk and enzyme washed so it doesn't shrink on you or feel stiff.

We tested over 40 blanks to land on this one. Not an exaggeration. It's heavier than anything we ran before and softer in hand.

The Burnout hoodie is a 15 oz, 100% cotton, made-in-USA blank. Twice the weight of our tees. People who've touched it in person call it the heaviest hoodie they've handled.

Everything is screenprinted here in El Paso, Texas. Posters and art prints are printed on thick 100 lb satin cover stock.

How are they printed.

Screenprinted. Real screens, real ink, pushed into the cotton, not sitting on top of it. It's the traditional way shirts like this are supposed to be made, and it's what lets us run the jumbo prints we're known for.

Drop 1 and Drop 2 were done with high-quality DTF transfers because we were too small to justify burning six-plus screens per design. From Drop 3 on, everything is screenprinted and will stay that way.

How should I wash it.

Wash cold, inside out, mild detergent. Hang dry if you can, low heat if you can't. Don't iron directly on the print.

If yours is from Drop 3 or later, it's screenprinted and tough. Honestly? Fucking burn it, it'll probably be fine. Please don't actually burn it. But you get the point.

If yours is from Drop 1 or 2, it's a DTF transfer and heat is the killer. Follow the above and it'll hold up for years.

The hoodie: cold wash, hang dry. It's heavy and it'll last, but a dryer on high will tighten it up.

What's free in every order.

Every October order ships with three free things: a matte mini poster, a 3" main logo sticker, and a 4" drop logo sticker in a surprise color.

Older drops ship with a 3" logo sticker and a printed insert.

Any order of 2+ tees also gets a free hand-numbered art print. You pick it in your cart.

Do you use AI.

No.

Nothing here is AI-generated. Not the artwork, not the designs, not the direction. Everything is made by me, human artists I hire, or both. The whole point of Wicked End is to build something real, with actual taste, effort, and human hands behind it.

AI has no place here. It never will.

How do you make your designs.

Every drop starts with a theme. Sometimes it's a world or genre, like dark fantasy or retro horror. Sometimes it's the method itself, like Drop 1, which was built around hand-drawn artwork.

Then I pretty much disappear for a month, become nonverbal, and make 30–40 designs in the style of the drop. At the same time I hire artists I love to contribute as many pieces as they want. I pay their rate, full price, no negotiation.

That leaves us with a bank of 40–50 designs. Those go into a form and get sent to our most loyal supporters to vote on. You guys literally decide the art for each drop, and I fucking love that.

It also means we're not guessing when we spend real money to print at scale. The vote shows what people actually connect with, and there are always clear winners. That's why our drops don't have filler.

What's a drop, and how do I get in early.

We don't keep a permanent catalog. We release in drops: a themed lineup, printed in a small run, gone when it's gone.

The text list and email list get early access to every drop before it goes public, usually the night before. That's where sizes go first. If you want first pick, that's the move. The signup is at the bottom of every page.

No, we don't announce the next drop date until it's close. Yes, it's always sooner than you think.

Will sold out items restock.

Maybe, but usually no.

Wicked End is built around fast-moving drops, not endless inventory. Once a drop sells through, we move forward. Sometimes we bring something back if enough people ask or it matters to the brand, but most pieces live in the drop they came from.

If something is marked limited 1 of 100, 1 of 200, or anything similar, then absolutely not. Under no circumstances. The person who bought it deserves to own something actually limited.

We don't manufacture fake scarcity while sitting on a warehouse. Small runs, real inventory, and we move as fast as we can.

Do you make hoodies and long sleeves.

We do now. October brought our first hoodie, Burnout, on a 15 oz made-in-USA blank, plus two long sleeves, Head Count and Psychosis.

For a long time it was black tees only, because every penny from one drop went straight into the next. That's still how we run. But the categories are opening up, and if the hoodie goes the way it's going, there will be more.

Do you do discount codes or sales.

Signing up for the list gets you 10% off your first order and early access to drops. That's the main one.

Beyond that, not really. Runs are small and priced honestly for what they are: heavyweight, US-made, screenprinted in El Paso. We'd rather give you three free things in the box than play the fake-markdown game.

Can artists submit work to Wicked End.

Yes. I would love to work with you.

DM us on Instagram, email contact@wickedend.co, or use the form below. If your work fits the world we're building, I want to talk, and I'll pay you what you believe your work is worth.

Can I suggest a theme or product.

Absolutely. Themes, products, accessories, references, weird concepts, anything.

I'm behind every creative direction we take, and honestly that can be overwhelming. Is what I think is cool actually worth building a whole drop around? Frightening stuff. So send it. If it fits Wicked End and we can build a world around it, it might become an entire themed drop.

Do you sponsor creators or influencers.

Fuck yeah. And not like most brands.

Reach out. If we like your vibe, we send you gear and an affiliate code. Post however you want. No script, no "I've been loving this brand lately" corporate influencer bullshit, no strings.

Gym rat? Great. Skateboarder? Great. Biker? Great. Dumbass? Good for you.

Can't justify $48 on a shirt? I get it. In this economy, completely understandable. If you do well, we'll keep hooking you up and bring you deeper into the brand. DM to apply.
