How does it fit? Size guide
This tee is printed on Cotton Collective’s 7.5 oz oversized box tee. 100% cotton, made in USA, heavier than the 6.5 oz 1801GD blanks we used before, but softer in hand.
The main differences are the weight, collar, stitching, and consistency. The cotton feels heavier, the collar is thicker, the stitching is cleaner, and the sizing has been more consistent on the pieces we tested.
The fit is slightly oversized and boxy. Not a grossly modern oversized fit, and definitely not a crop. Think 90s streetwear. Order your normal size for the intended fit. Size up if you want it extra loose. Do not size down.
The fabric has more weight than our previous blanks, but it does not feel stiff or rough. That is the main reason we switched.
| Size | Chest Width | Front Body Length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 20½" | 27¼" |
| M | 22" | 28¼" |
| L | 23½" | 29¼" |
| XL | 25" | 30¼" |
| 2XL | 26½" | 31¼" |
| 3XL | 28" | 32¼" |
| 4XL | 29½" | 33¼" |
Not sure? Lay a shirt you already like flat, measure pit-to-pit and top-to-bottom, then match it to the chart.
Best blank we’ve tested so far. Heavier than the old one, softer than the old one, thicker collar, cleaner stitching, same oversized direction.
Honestly, it's not humble. It's downright cocky. But why wouldn't you want your clothing brand to have a lot of shit to brag about?
When someone actually does something worth talking about, they tell you.
So pay attention to the info.
Or the lack thereof.
If you can't find the source of the shirt blank, there's a reason.
If they're not explaining the process, there's a reason.
Because when the whole thing is optimized down to the penny, with corners cut at every step, there isn't much to brag about.
Eight drops in and we're screenprinting in El Paso, Texas on 7.5 oz heavyweight, USA-made blanks. That is not normal.
We tested over 40 blanks to get here. Not an exaggeration. Because this isn't about margin. It's about making the best damn shirt possible, period.
I'd love to name the brands we're already outclassing. I'll be nice.
This drop was printed before it went live, so it ships fast. Screenprinted in the USA. On American-made blanks. By a real print shop in El Paso, Texas.
Eighth drop. We're damn proud of it.

THE PRINT
Screenprinting is the oldest way to put ink on a shirt, and it's still the best. Every color in the design is burned into its own mesh screen. Ink is pulled through each one by hand with a squeegee and laid down one color at a time, then heat cured until it bonds into the cotton.
That gives you a thick, solid layer of ink, not a thin spray. Most brands print digitally now: DTG sprays a thin coat into the fibers that fades wash after wash, and DTF is a plastic film pressed on top that can crack and peel. Screenprinted ink is cured into the shirt itself. It softens and wears in with the cotton, and the colors stay solid.
THE BLANK
Cotton Collective 7.5 oz oversized box tee. 100% US-grown cotton, cut and sewn in the USA. Thicker collar, cleaner stitching, real weight in the hand. We tested over 40 blanks to land on this one. Most brands scale up and downgrade the blank. We went the other way.
THE ART
Built from old horror magazines, thrifted print, public domain archives and original work. Scanned, torn apart and rebuilt by a person until it becomes its own thing.
FIT
Slightly oversized and boxy. Think 90s streetwear, not a modern oversized fit and not a crop. Order your normal size. Full measurements are in the size guide above.
