This tee is printed on Cotton Collective’s 7.5 oz oversized box tee. 100% cotton, made in USA, heavier than the 6.5 oz 1801GD blanks we used before, but softer in hand.

The main differences are the weight, collar, stitching, and consistency. The cotton feels heavier, the collar is thicker, the stitching is cleaner, and the sizing has been more consistent on the pieces we tested.

The fit is oversized. Order your normal size for the intended boxy fit. Size up if you want it extra loose. Do not size down unless you want to take away from the fit of the shirt.

The fabric has more weight than our previous blanks, but it does not feel stiff or rough. That is the main reason we switched.

Best blank we’ve tested so far. Heavier than the old one, softer than the old one, thicker collar, cleaner stitching, same oversized direction.

Honestly, it's not humble. It's downright cocky. But why wouldn't you want your clothing brand to have a lot of shit to brag about?

When someone actually does something worth talking about, they tell you.

If you can't find the source of the shirt blank, there's a reason.

If they're not explaining the process, there's a reason.

Because when the whole thing is optimized down to the penny, with corners cut at every step, there isn't much to brag about.

Three drops in and we're screenprinting in El Paso, Texas on 7.5 oz heavyweight, USA-made blanks. That is not normal.

We tested over 40 blanks to get here. Not an exaggeration. Because this isn't about margin. It's about making the best damn shirt possible, period.

WICKED END® 90s REVIVAL LONG SLEEVE

I’ve been looking at a ridiculous amount of old Harley, motocross, monster truck, racing, and motorsports shirts from the 90s and early 2000s lately.

The more I looked into them, the more I started appreciating the people who actually made this stuff. Guys like Dave Gardner, Steve McDonald, and the artists at 3D Emblem were drawing and airbrushing graphics by hand, cutting individual color separations themselves, and sometimes putting 80–100 hours into a single shirt.

30+ years later and I’m still sitting here studying those graphics. The references deserve to be shown, and 90s REVIVAL came from genuinely loving that era of shirt design.

For ours, I went with a white heavyweight long sleeve, faded pink / magenta / orange flames across the chest and all the way down both sleeves, with WICKED END in blackletter throughout.

Not a reproduction of any one shirt. Just something new that came from spending way too much time looking at some incredible old ones.

Built on Cotton Collective’s 7.5 oz Oversized Box Long Sleeve Tee.

Heavyweight 100% cotton fleece with an oversized drop-shoulder fit, vintage snow wash, 16 single yarn, and the substantial structure we wanted for a graphic-heavy long sleeve.

The front carries a wide flame graphic across the chest, with matching full-length artwork running down both sleeves.

This is not a standard thin long sleeve. The 7.5 oz cotton fleece gives it considerably more weight and structure while keeping the relaxed oversized silhouette.
